The final phase, “Send,” involves training disciples to live out Catholic evangelization and form others who will do the same. Successful missionary disciples create a ripple effect, continuing the cycle of winning, building, and sending. Preparation and training are essential for effective mission work.  

We invite the participants to lead their own faith study or get involved in other ministries here in St. Mary's. 

The primary reason for equipping is to form the participant in knowledge and a conviction of their faith, when returning to the workplace or family life, that they are helping to witness to our faith and witness to having a personal relationship with Jesus.
