Acts of the Apostles – Zoom
The purpose of this series of talks is to journey with the Apostles and their preaching and teaching; their struggles; how they lived community; and their efforts to establish Christ’s Church in the known world.
Fr Terence Crotty OP is a member of the Dominican community in Dublin, where he teaches Scripture in the Studium to the brothers who are training for the priesthood. He did his licence in biblical studies in Rome and Jerusalem and his doctorate in Fribourg in Switzerland on the Book of Genesis. He considers the original request by the Order that he study the Bible to be the best thing that ever happened to him.
*This is a series of introductory talks on this subject and so there is no requirement for participants to have a scriptural background.
